Sheriffs Honoring The Wrong Contract?
In 1789, We the People of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity did ordain and establish the Constitution for the United States of America.
In 1791, We the People of the United States “expressed a desire in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added: And as extending the ground of public confidence in the Government, will best ensure the beneficent ends of its institution” RESOLVING THAT: this Bill of Rights “to be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of the said Constitution.” The Bill of Rights thereby being the cap stone of our Constitution, laid the foundation of our unalienable rights by which all law is measured in that all laws repugnant to it are “null and void”. Nothing new. Over and over and over some more and then some more again, Americans have been in situations in which the help of their supposed "friends" the local sheriffs is absolutely necessary only to find that "these aren't our friends". As this has become common in most communities, especially our inner cities, we're here to tell you somethings about the misconducts of the sheriffs assigned to the department at Stark County ( in the Stark Territory ) in the Ohio Republic.
First things first, DEFINITION:
SHERIFF: The chief executive and administrative officer of a county, being chosen by popular election. The Sheriff has the authority to call the Grand Jury to seek an indictment. “America will never be destroyed from the outside. If we falter and lose our freedoms, it will be because we destroyed ourselves.” - Abraham Lincoln. The county sheriff is the last line of defense when it comes to upholding and defending the Constitution. The sheriff’s duties and obligations go far beyond writing tickets, arresting criminals and operating jails. The Sheriff also has an obligation to protect the Constitutional rights of the citizens in our counties. This includes the right to free speech, the right to assemble and the right to bear arms. Sheriffs take an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution from enemies foreign AND domestic. (…). It is the duty of the sheriff to protect their counties from those that would take away our freedoms, both foreign AND domestic – whether it is a terrorist from Yemen or a bureaucrat from Washington, DC.
FACT:
During a recently dated traveling impedance, an Allodial American National made a call to the Stark County Sheriffs ( Stark County Safety Center ) only to be asked by the dispatcher “What are you calling us for?” Said Allodial American responded “ Because you guys are Article 3 like I am. You’re supposed to come help me”
LAW:
Article 3 goes as follows:
Section 1.
The judicial power of the United States, shall be vested in one Supreme Court, and in such inferior courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The judges, both of the supreme and inferior courts, shall hold their offices during good behaviour, and shall, at stated times, receive for their services, a compensation, which shall not be diminished during their continuance in office.
Section 2.
The judicial power shall extend to all cases, in law and equity, arising under this Constitution, the laws of the United States, and treaties made, or which shall be made, under their authority;--to all cases affecting ambassadors, other public ministers and consuls;--to all cases of admiralty and maritime jurisdiction;--to controversies to which the United States shall be a party;--to controversies between two or more states;--between a state and citizens of another state;--between citizens of different states;--between citizens of the same state claiming lands under grants of different states, and between a state, or the citizens thereof, and foreign states, citizens or subjects.
In all cases affecting ambassadors, other public ministers and consuls, and those in which a state shall be party, the Supreme Court shall have original jurisdiction. In all the other cases before mentioned, the Supreme Court shall have appellate jurisdiction, both as to law and fact, with such exceptions, and under such regulations as the Congress shall make.
The trial of all crimes, except in cases of impeachment, shall be by jury; and such trial shall be held in the state where the said crimes shall have been committed; but when not committed within any state, the trial shall be at such place or places as the Congress may by law have directed.
Section 3.
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.
The Congress shall have power to declare the punishment of treason, but no attainder of treason shall work corruption of blood, or forfeiture except during the life of the person attainted.
The question is are the sheriffs in Stark County (Territory) at all informed on who their employers really are? The People need to know.
The Declaration of Independence says: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed”.
(…) a constitution should receive a literal interpretation in favor of the Citizen, is especially true, with respect to those provisions which were designed to safeguard the liberty and security of the Citizen in regard to person and property." --16Am Jur 2d: 16Am Jur 2d., Sec. 97; Bary v. United States - 273 US 128.

Before we go any further, let's quote a little something from the CIVIL ORDERS JULY 4, 2014 in which was Issued to All Members of the Domestic Police Forces, US Marshals Service, the Provost Marshal, Members of the American Bar Association and the American Armed Services..
"Any and all corporate officers of the UNITED STATES or any successor organization(s) inheriting “federal” service contracts who support, condone, or promote such crimes against the American States or against American State Citizens shall be subject to arrest and prosecution for commercial and violent crimes. All foreign officials operating as elected or appointed officials of the United States of America (minor) who support, condone, or promote such crimes against the American States or against American State Citizens shall be subject to arrest, confiscation of their assets, and deportation to Puerto Rico, Guam, or such other “states” as may be willing to receive them. Such “foreign officials” include members of the American and British Bar Associations who were licensed to act as privateers against the interests of the American States and the American State Citizens from 1845 to 2013 in flagrant Breach of Trust. All such licenses are now extinguished. Members of the Bar Associations are required to cease and desist assaults against the American States and American State Citizens and shall be subject to arrest, confiscation, and deportation otherwise."
Despite the aforementioned, it seems that all of these agencies, etc. are still operating as if no one has sent them a memo in relation to what their job detail consists of. We're unsure of how many Americans have any idea of who is the boss of who but, for the most part, we've all be duped into to the wrong patterns of belief and let ourselves be subject to unlawful act after unlawful act. We must thank our misinformation ,or might I say lack of information on the difference between “legal” and “lawful”; rules, regulations, statutes, codes, colored laws, and their lack in validity when compared to and with NATURAL LAW.
There are many Treaties, Treatises, the Constitution and other mandates that are to be instrumental in the governing for the people and of the agencies that have lost sight of their job detail in distant and recent times.
